中药贴敷阿是穴配合神灯照射治疗带状疱疹神经痛

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹神经痛的效果。方法将64例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,对照组给予中药贴敷阿是穴,治疗组给予中药贴敷阿是穴配合神灯照射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为96.88%,2组差异无统计学意义;治疗组止痛起效时间为(21.5±3.023)min,对照组止痛起效时间为(30±5.15)min,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷阿是穴能发挥药物和经络腧穴的双重调节作用,治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效显著,且中药外敷阿是穴配合神灯照射止痛起效快,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint herbal plaster on zoster neuralgia. Methods 64 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （32 cases in each group）. The control group was given Ashi herbal plaster, while the treatment group was treated by Ashi herbal plaster and TDP irradition. Results The total effective rate were 100% （the treatment group） and 96.88% （the control group）. There is no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05） ; pain onset time was 21.5 ± 3.023 minutes in the treatment group, and 30 ± 5.15 minutes in the control group. There were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There were dual regulation of drugs and acupoint on Ashi herbal plaster, which were effective for zoster neuralgia. Ashi herbal plaster combined with TDP irradition can relieve pain quickly, so it is worthy of promotion.
