摘　　要：单辊破碎机在冶金行业,是热烧结矿破碎的关键、重要、单一运行的设备,对烧结机的生产有很大影响。但在几十年的实际使用中,单辊破碎机还是有许多缺点,需要研究、更新、完善,才能提高该设备的综合使用性能,使该设备适应性更强、使用寿命更长、备件消耗更少、生产成本费用更低。Single roll breaker is the key equipment in the metallurgical enterprises which is in hot sinter breaking. To the produce of the sintering maehine has been bige influence. However, the practiced using in the sev- eral ten years, the more defects of the singl roll breaker is needed to reconstruction, to raise the synthesize used function, more used life, small consume of the spare parts, low cost of the produce.
