摘　　要：在新加坡警务培训体系中,对于从事教育训练工作的培训员的素质及从业标准有着较为严格的要求,已形成包括选拔、训练、考核及轮换等环节在内的完备制度,成为提振警务工作的有力保障,是新加坡警察教育体系的重要特色之一。其相关经验为我国公安师资队伍建设发展提供了有益的启示和借鉴。In the Police training system of Singapore, there is a comparatively rigorous requirement for the trainers quality and industry standards, contributing to a complete system, which covers selection, training, assessment and rotation, etc. The system, as one of the prominent characteristics in the police education system of Singapore, provides a powerful guarantee for invigoration of police work as well as beneficial enlightenment and reference for public security teaching staff construction in China.
