从“朱令事件”看涉警微博舆情应对

摘　　要："朱令事件"是新浪微博一个热门话题,警方微博和其他微博相比显得有些沉默和迟缓,而个体网民则反应迅速,博文数量大,形成了舆论声音不对等。所以,面对涉警舆情,应强化程序应对、夯实实体应对、加强沟通联系,进一步完善公安机关涉警微博舆情应对机制。＂Zhu Ling Incident＂ is a hot topic in Sina microblog. The police microblog appears a bit silent and sluggish compared with other microblogs. The quick reaction of individual netizens and the large number of posts give rise to asymmetrical voices of public opinions. Therefore, in face of the public opinion involving police, efforts should be made to consolidate response process, entity response and communications and further improve response mechanisms for the public opinion involving police in public security organs.
