摘　　要：本文着重论述了石英玻璃原料现状及关键杂质对原料品质的影响，并指出了用于半导体工业中石英玻璃的市场需求及发展方向。This paper chiefly discusses the current state of quartz glass raw materials and the effect of key impurities on raw material quality, and points out the market demand and development direction of quartz glass in semiconductor industry.
