分析产科妊娠高血压综合征的临床特征及治疗

摘　　要：目的：分析产科妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床特征以及有效的治疗方法。方法从广东省信宜市人民医院产科2010年10月～2012年10月收治的妊振高血压综合征患者中随机选择40例进行研究，随机均分为观察组和对照组（n=20）。对照组给予正常的妊娠高血压综合症的治疗方法，观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上使用解痉、降压以及镇静等综合性的治疗措施。结果在治疗的过程中，所有患者均未出现不良反应。经不同方式的治疗，观察组显效10例（50%），有效7例（35%），总有效率为85%，显著高于对照组的50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用常规治疗结合解痉、降压以及镇静等综合性治疗的方式治疗产科妊娠高血压综合征，安全性较高，且疗效令人满意，值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical features of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and effective treatment.Methods From pregnancy induced hypertension in guangdong province xinyi city people＆#39;s hospital in October 2010- October 2012 from syndrome patients randomly selected 40 cases were studied, and the 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 20 patients in each group. The control method of treatment group were given normal pregnancy hypertension syndrome, the observation group use spasmolysis, step-down and sedation and comprehensive in the control group based on routine treatment therapy.Results In the treatment process, no adverse reactions were observed in all patients. After the treatment in different ways, the observation group were 10 cases （50%）, effective in 7 cases （35%）, the total effective rate was 85%, signiifcantly higher than the control group （50%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The conventional treatment combined with spasmolysis, step-down and sedation and other comprehensive treatment mode of treatment for obstetrics pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, high safety, and the curative effect is satisifed, is worth the clinical promotion.
