摘　　要：对蔡小荪教授中医药结合体外受精—胚胎移植技术提高不孕症患者妊娠成功率的学术经验进行系统总结。三步助孕法为:第一步取卵前育肾调经,第二步移植前后健肾助孕,第三步妊娠后健肾安胎。蔡小荪特别强调,在第一阶段需根据不孕症的病因、证候及不利因素进行辨证加减用药。Prof.CAI Xiaosun＇s experience in improving the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（ IVF-ET） with integrative medicine was summarized in this article.CAI Xiaosun＇s three-step assisted reproductive therapy in IVF-ET is supplementing the kidney and regulating menstruation before oocyte retrieval,supplementing the kidney and assisting reproduction before and after transplantation,and supplementing the kidney and preventing miscarriage after pregnancy.During the first phase,the administration is conducted according to the cause of infertility,TCM syndromes and unfavorable factors.
