摘  要:建立了ICP-MS法测定高纯汞样品中Li,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca等19种杂质元素含量的方法。检测的样品为高纯汞,汞纯度至少达到6N。建立的测试方法标准曲线线性相关系数在0.99948-0.99999之间,相对标准偏差RSD均在12%以下。方法适用于测定高纯汞中19种微量元素。This work mainly introduces the determination of 19 trace elements including Li, Na, Mg, AI, K, Ca in Mercury samples by inductively coupled plasma -mass spectrometry. The determined sample is mercury, and its purity is at least 6N. The linear correlation coefficients of the established method are in the range of 0. 99948 -0. 99999, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 12% , and the precision of testing is high. The established method include sample pretreatment can determine 19 trace elements in high purity mercury rapidly and accurately.
