摘 要:改进了传统的砷锑钼蓝分光光度法,在不分离H3As的情况下直接测定溶液中的As含量。并分析探讨改进方法中吸收波长、显色剂用量、H2SO4用量、显色时间、络合物稳定性、共存离子等测定条件对实验结果准确度和精密度的影响。实验结果表明,在0.2 mol/L H2SO4介质中,砷锑钼三元杂多酸被抗坏血酸还原为砷锑钼蓝三元络合物,最佳测定波长为720 nm。As的质量浓度在0.8-4.0 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9997。测定污酸溶液中的As,其RSD(n=5)≤0.14%,回收率为99.8%-103%。The traditional arsenic-antimony-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry is improved to determine arsenic content in solution without separation of hydrogen arsenide. The impact of experimental conditions, including absorption wavelength, dosages of ehromogenic agents, the amount of sulfuric acid, developing time, complex stability and coexisting ions, on the accuracy and precision were studied. The experimental results show that, in the c (HESO4 ) = 0. 2 mol/L medium, arsenic-antimony-molybdenum heteropoly acid was reduced by aseorbic acid reduction to arsenic-antimony-molybdenum blue ternary complex, and the optimal absorption wavelength is 720 nm. The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 0. 8 - 4. 0 mg/L arsenic with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9997. This method has been applied to the determination of arsenic in waste acid solution, the values of RSD( n = 5 ) are 0. 14% or less, and the standard recoveries are 99.8% -103%.
