寄主树种和采收期对广西桑寄生槲皮苷含有量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究广西产13种寄主树种,桑树和龙眼树上不同采收期对桑寄生槲皮苷含有量的影响。方法 RPHPLC法测定桑寄生甲醇提取液中槲皮苷,采用Inertsil ODS-SP柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（5248,V/V）为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果槲皮苷的线性范围0.21~350.00 mg/L（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为2.3%。不同寄主来源桑寄生药材茎枝中槲皮苷量为0.309 2~0.594 0mg/g,叶中为1.448 2~8.353 4 mg/g;不同产地茎枝中为0.166 6~0.693 6 mg/g,叶中为1.458 3~5.386 3 mg/g;不同采收期茎枝中为0.115 7~0.382 1 mg/g,叶中为1.1915~4.6891 mg/g。结论桑寄生槲皮苷主要存在于叶中,而茎枝中的含有量较低。但茎枝和叶中槲皮苷含有量高低排序没有体现一致性。AIM To study the effect of thirteen host plants, growing in Guangxi Region, and picking times pa- rasised on mulberry and longan treeson, on quercitrin content of Taxilli Herba. METHODS Quercitrin content in methanol extract from Taxilli Herba was determined by RP-HPLC. The analytical column was Inertsil ODS-SP （ 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） , the mobile phase was methanol- 0. 1% phosphate （52 ： 48, V/V） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 254 nm. RESULTS The linear range of quercetin was within the range of 0.21 -350.00 mg/L （r=0.999 9） and the average recovery rate was 98.9%, RSD =2.3%. The quercitrin contents were in the range of 0. 309 2 -0. 594 0 mg/g in branches and 1. 448 2 -8. 353 4 mg/g in leaves from different host plants, in the range of 0. 166 6 - 0. 693 6 mg/g in branches and 1. 458 3 - 5.386 3 mg/g in leaves from different growing areas, in the range of 0. 115 7 -0. 382 1 mg/gin branches and 1. 191 5 -4. 689 1 mg/g in leaves from different picking times. CONCLUSIONS The quercitrin contents mainly concentrate in the leaves of Taxilli Herba, but a little in the branches, their distribution pattern has not been discovered.
