医学生心理韧性与就业压力、社会支持的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生就业心理韧性的基本状况及与就业压力、社会支持的关系。方法:于2013年10-11月采用心理韧性量表,社会支持量表和就业压力问卷对某医学院7个专业的350名医学生进行调查,运用SPSS18.0对收集的资料进行整理和分析。结果:1医学生心理韧性得分在性别、是否学生干部、是否独生子女上存在统计学差异,而在生源地和家庭人均年收入上不存在统计学差异;2医学生心理韧性与就业压力呈显著性负相关,其中学校影响、家庭支持、个人素质和专业供求四个维度与心理韧性的关系较密切,而岗位要求和就业指导两个维度与心理韧性的关系较弱;3医学生心理韧性和社会支持存在显著性正相关,心理韧性水平越高,社会支持水平也越高;4就业压力和社会支持对心理韧性有一定的预测作用。结论:医学生心理韧性水平整体较高,就业压力和社会支持是影响医学生心理韧性的重要因素。Objective To study the relationship among psychological resilience, pressure for employment and social support of medical students. Methods 350 cases of medical students from 7 majors in a medical college were surveyed with Connor Davison Resilience Scale （CD-RISC） ,Social Support Scale and Employment Pressure Questionnaire in 2013. And data was analyzed with SPSS18.0. Results The scores of psychological resilience of medical students were significant different in factors of gender, students cadre and single child. The scores of psychological resilience were significant negatively correlated with employment pressure, in which the four dimensions of school ,family support ,personal quality and supply and demand were closely correlated. And the scores of psychological resilience were significant positively correlated with social support. The scores of psychological resilience can be predicted by employment pressure and social support. Conclusion The psychological resilience of medical students was well, which can be influenced by employment pressure and social support.
