文化集群的共生融合发展:我国农村图书馆建设的文化大院模式研究(下)

摘　　要：随着我国公共文化服务体系建设的深化和促进基本公共文化服务标准化与均等化的需求,在基层实践中涌现出了一种文化大院的建设模式。本研究应用案例研究法对山西省的南要村、麻巷村和河北省的田各庄村、西粉营村和瓦屋辛庄村等5个具有代表性的文化大院进行考察,总结文化大院这一建设模式的特征和存在的问题。研究发现,文化大院模式是一种文化集群共生融合发展的模式,具有构成结构多元、组织保障强和管理灵活等显著特征。尽管如此,文化大院模式仍存在一些问题,如盲目建设问题、图书利用率问题、图书室管理问题、农民阅读能力有待提升问题、可持续发展问题等。基于此,本研究提出未来发展建议,包括:(1)发展地方经济,反哺文化发展;(2)加强合作、交流与沟通;(3)重视对农民的文化培养;(4)加强文化大院的组织保障;(5)着重发展绿色数字网络文化等。t With the deepen construction of public cultural service system and the demand of promoting the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural services, there is a cultural yard model appeared which is a successful model to rural cultural construction. This study applied the case study method to find the characteristics and problems of this model, the five samples are from Nan Yao Village, Ma Xiang Village, Tian Ge Zhuang Village, Xi Fen Ying Village and Va Wu Xin Village. The study finds that the structure of cultural yard model is a pattern that many cultures are clusterecl, symbiosis and fusion, its structure is diverse, organizational guarantee is strong and the management is flexible. But, cultural yard model is still have some problems, which are blind construction, books utilization issues, library management issues, read ability of farmers and sustainable development issues and .so on. Based on this, this study proposes recommendations for future development, including., developing the local economy and nurturing cultural development; strengthening cooperation, exchange and communications paying attention to farmers culture cultivation; strengthening the organization guarantee of cultural yard; focusing on the development of green digital network culture.
