摘　　要：图书馆知识管理是一个伴随风险的过程。本文分析了图书馆知识管理风险因素,认为构建科学合理、全面客观的图书馆知识管理的风险管理体系,能提升图书馆知识管理的风险管理能力与水平,能实现图书馆知识价值与服务价值最大化。Library knowledge management is a process that accompanies risks. The article analyses the risk factors of library knowledge management and constructs risk management system for it in scientific, reasonable as well as objective ways. It puts forward that the library should improve the risk management ability and level, in order to realize the maximum value of library knowledge together with library service.
