浅谈信息不对称下的文献主题标引——关于《中国分类主题词表》(第二版)电子版使用的思考

摘　　要：本文以应用信息不对称理论为依据,探讨了在图书馆文献主题标引工作中信息不对称现象的危害及表现,通过实例说明《中国分类主题词表》(第二版)电子版在文献主题标引中的应用,提出了提高编目人员的素质、加强与读者的联系等减少信息不对称的调控措施。Based on the irformation asymmetry theory, this paper discusses the harmful phenomenon that could be resulted from informational asymmetry during library document subject indexing. It introduces the application of electronic version of Chinese Classified Thesaurus （Second Fdition）, and puts forward the suggestions of improving the cataloguing staffs′ skill and interaction with readers.
