摘 要:由于聚氨酯(PU)涂层面料具有特殊的防水透湿功能,黏合衬使用不当会影响面料原有功能,为此,选用8种PU涂层面料与6种黏合衬进行黏合压烫,测试复合织物的剥离强力、干热尺寸变化率、水洗尺寸变化率、水洗外观等基础配伍指标,以及透湿性、拒水性的变化,从而研究PU涂层面料与黏合衬的配伍性。结果表明,黏合衬胶种是影响剥离强力的主要因素,黏合衬厚度、面密度会影响复合织物缩率,黏合衬厚度、面密度、涂覆量影响复合织物的厚度和孔隙率,从而降低透湿性;黏合衬对复合织物水洗外观和拒水性影响不大。Polyurethane (PU) coated fabric is a kind of functional fabric which has waterproof and moisture vapor permeability that may be influenced by inappropriate use of adhesive interlining. Therefore eight PU coated fabrics and six adhesive interlinings were selected for hot press fusing, and then the basic compatibility indicators of compound fabrics were tested, including the peeling strength, heating shrinkage, washing shrinkage, washing appearance rating, as well as the changes in moisture vapor permeability and water repellency, thus to study the compatibility of PU coated fabric and adhesive interlining. It was found that the kind of adhesive is the main factor affecting the peeling strength. The thickness and surface density of adhesive interlining can influence the shrinkage of compound fabrics. The thickness and surface density of interlining and the amount of adhesive influence the thickness and porosity of compound fabrics and thus decrease the moisture vapor permeability. Adhesive interlining has little impact on the washing appearance rating and water repellency of compound fabrics.
