摘 要:为研究提花水刺非织造布作为医用敷料的适应性,对提花及平纹水刺非织造布的吸湿性和扩散性进行测试与分析。结果表明:由于提花水刺非织造布表面存在凸起的颗粒状花纹,使其蓬松性、丰满度得到很大的改善,从而使得提花水刺非织造布具有优于平纹水刺非织造布的吸湿性和扩散性;随着材料中高白粘胶比例的增加,人造血液在试样上的初始扩散速度和扩散面积会相应增大。可以认为纤维配比合适的提花水刺非织造布是现代医用敷料的理想选择。In order to study the suitability of the jacquard spun laced nonwovens for medical dressing,the moisture absorbing and diffusing capacity of both the jacquard and plain spun laced nonwovens were tested. The results demonstrated that because of the granular pattern on the surface of the jacquard spun laced nonwovens, their bulkiness and fullness are greatly improved and therefore they have better moisture absorbing and diffusing capacity than the plain spun laced nonwovens. With the increasing of the viscose rayon content, the diffusion speed and area of artificial blood on the sample will increase accordingly. It is concluded that the jacquard spun laced nonwoven fabric is one kind of ideal selection for medical dressing when the fiber ratio is reasonable.
