摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜分析胶原蛋白改性腈纶的形态结构。选用阳离子染料红X-GRL对胶原蛋白改性腈纶染色,绘制了染色吸附等温线,计算出阳离子染料红X-GRL在胶原蛋白改性腈纶上的染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵,并与普通腈纶染色热力学参数做了对比。结果表明,阳离子染料红X-GRL在胶原蛋白改性腈纶和普通腈纶上的吸附等温线同为Langmuir型,其吸附机制为单层、定位、化学吸附,阳离子染料红X-GRL与胶原蛋白改性腈纶以库仑力结合;阳离子染料红X-GRL对胶原蛋白改性腈纶的染色亲和力以及染色热和染色熵的绝对值均比对腈纶的低。The morphological structure of collagen modified acrylic fibers was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, and the fibers were dyed with Cationic Red X-GRL. The adsorption isotherm line of the fibers was plotted and the dyeing affinity, dyeing heat and entropy were calculated, and then the data were compared with those of common acrylic fibers. The results showed that the adsorption isotherm line for Cationic Red X-GRL on collagen modified acrylic fiber is a Langmuir-type which is similar to that of common acrylic fibers. They had much lower dye affinity, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy than common acrylic fibers when dyed with Cationic Red X-GRL at the same temperature. The adsorptive mechanism of the collagen modified acrylic fibers belongs to chemical adsorption, single-layered and positioned, its bonding with Cationic Red X-GRL is of coulombic bonding.
