摘 要:用水解和未水解活性艳红X-3B染料染色棉织物,通过测试水解和未水解染料溶液的吸收光谱及其染色织物的颜色指标值(L﹡、a﹡、b﹡、c﹡值)及K/S值,研究了活性染料和水解活性染料对改性和未改性棉织物的染色性能。结果表明:水解和未水解染料的紫外可见吸收光谱相差较大,染料水解后产生了明显的浅色效应;染料水解影响染料的上染率和固色率及染色织物的颜色和K/S值;棉织物经阳离子非反应性和反应性改性,均会改善染料和水解染料的染色性能,反应性改性剂会显著提高染料和水解染料的上染率和固色率,特别是非常明显地提高了固色率。Cotton fabrics were dyed with hydrolyzed and unhydrolyzed Reactive Bright Red X-3B, respectively. The dyeing properties of modified and unmodified cotton fabrics were investigated by testing the absorption spectroscopy of hydrolyzed and un-hydrolyzed active dye solution and the color indexes (L* , a* , b* and c* values) and K/S values of the dyed fabrics. It was found that the differences of the UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy of dye solution between hydrolyzation and un- hydrolyzation were very large and the colour of dye solution was light when the reactive dye was hydrolyzed. The uptake and fixation of the dye, and the colour and K/S values of the dyed fabric were influenced by the hydrolyzation of dye. The dyeing properties of both hydrolyzed and unhydrolyzed dyes on the cotton fabrics after reactive and non-reactive cationic modification were improved. Reactive modifiers significantly enhance the uptake and color fixation rate of hydrolyzed and unhydrolyzed reactive dyes on cotton fabrics, especially the color fixation rate.
