摘  要:为准确分析四连杆打纬机构的力学特性,将钢筘上的打纬阻力转化为摇轴上的等效扭矩,通过STEP平滑步骤函数模拟等效扭矩的变化规律,为打纬阻力的仿真计算提出了一种有效方法。通过动力学仿真分析,计算出作用在织机机架上的动态载荷,并利用Motion模块的运动载荷输入功能设定边界条件,对曲轴、牵手和摇杆进行有限元静力学分析,其结果可为准确认识四连杆打纬机构的力学特性提供可靠参考。For analyzing the mechanical property of four-bar beating-up mechanism more accurately, the resistance of beating-up on reed was converted into an equivalent torque on the rockshaft, and the change rule of the equivalent torque was simulated by STEP smooth step function, thus offering an effective method to conduct the simulative calculation of the resistance of beating-up. Based on dynamics simulation and analysis of the mechanism, dynamic load on loom's frame was calculated. The finite element analysis of statics for crankshaft, connecting rod and rocker were finished under the condition that boundary conditions was set through motion load input function of the Motion module, and the results obtained provide a reliable basis for accurately understanding the mechanical characteristics of four-bar beating-up mechanism.
