参附注射液联合黄芪精口服液干预心衰的疗效及血清ET等研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨参附注射液联合黄芪精口服液干预心力衰竭的疗效及血清内皮素（ET）、前脑利尿肽（BNP）、左室射血分数（LVEF）水平。方法：37例心力衰竭患者随机分为干预组19例与对照组18例，对照组采取西医常规对症治疗，干预组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液联合黄芪精口服液,观察两组ET、BNP、LVEF及疗效。结果：干预组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05），其疗效积分、住院天数均优于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后两组患者ET、LVEF均显著优于治疗前（P＜0．05），且干预组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：参附注射液联合黄芪精口服液干预心力衰竭有利于提高疗效和减少不良事件、减少住院天数但并没有增加住院费用，值得进一步扩大研究范围和病例数量、规模去深入研究，以得到更有力的数据指导临床治疗。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of intervening congestive heart failure by Shenfu injection combined with astragalus membranaeeous and their influence on levels of serum endothelin （ET）, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and left ventricular ejection fracti（18 （LVEF）. Methods： 37 cases of patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into intervention group （19 cases） and control group （18 cases）, the control group treated by conventional western medicine treatment, while intervention group,by Shenfu injection combined with astragalus membranaceous on the basis of treatment of control group, and observed the ET, BNP, LVEF and efficacy of two groups. Results： The occurrence of adverse events of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and its efficacy scores and hospitalization days were all better than those of control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the levels of ET and LVEF of two groups were both significantly better than those of before treatment （P〈0.05）, and those of intervention group were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intervening congestive heart failure by Shenfu injection combined with astragalus membranaceous, which is helpful to improve efficacy and reduce adverse events and hospitalization days without expenses increased, deserves to intensive study by further expanding research scope, number and scale of cases, in order to get more powerful data which can guide clinical treatment.
