保德选煤厂北区改造的工艺设计

摘　　要：介绍了保德选煤厂北区改造前选煤厂的基本情况,对实施"放顶煤"综采工艺后选煤厂入洗原煤的可选性进行分析,并分别比较浅槽分选机和动筛分选块煤的方案,论述了末煤分选环节的灵活性、煤泥水回收设计特点及运行注意事项。This paper introduced the basic situation before modification of Baode coal preparation plant of North District and analysed the washability of raw coal recieved in the coal preparation plant which used coal caving mining, and the shallow-slot grading machine and separating lump coal using moving screen were compared respectively, This paper discussed the flexibility of slack coal separation, slime water recycling design features and operation matters which need attention as well.
