“有机镓胶囊”治疗成人大骨节病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究＂有机镓胶囊＂治疗成人大骨节病的效果。方法对99例成人大骨节病患者口服＂有机镓胶囊＂1年,以国家＂大骨节病治疗效果判定标准＂和国际通用的＂视觉疼痛判定标准（VAS）＂观察治疗效果。结果 ＂有机镓胶囊＂治疗99例成人大骨节病患者1年治疗后,症状和体征改善有效率为36.8%~89.9%,特别是治疗疼痛的有效率高达89.9%,与对照组相比有非常显著的效果;关节功能改善有效率44.4%~47.9%,不但患者病情得到了很好的控制,而且止痛效果显著,关节功能恢复较好,所有治疗对象均未发现不良反应。结论 ＂有机镓胶囊＂对成人大骨节病治疗效果显著,未发现毒副作用,用药方法简单,经济实惠,为成人大骨节病治疗开辟了一条新途径。Objective To identify whether organic gallium capsule could have effect on Kaschin-Beck disease（KBD）. Methods 99 KBD patients were recruited and underwent a treatment of organic gallium capsule for 1 year. The effect of therapy was de- tected by 〈The judging of treatment effect on Kaschin-Beck disease 〉 （Ws/T79-1996） and 〈Visual analogue scale〉 （ VAS）. Results Compared with control group, the signs and symptoms relieved significantly in patients after 1-year organic gallium capsule treatment with effective rate of 36.8% -89.9%, especially for dealing with pain （effective rate 89.9% ）. In addition, the rate of recovery in arthral function was 44.4% -47.9%. The therapy not only inhibited the advancement of KBD, but also showed conspicuous effect in term of easing pain and promoting the arthral function. Above all, there was no side effect observed among all the patients. Conclusion As a potential method, organic gallium capsule performed a notable effect on KBD, which is simple and economic with no side effect.
