石渠县2001-2012年鼠疫检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对石渠县2001-2012年鼠疫检测结果进行分析,为有效防治鼠疫提供科学依据。方法细菌学检测采用鼠疫细菌学四步检验法;血清学检测采用鼠疫间接血凝试验。结果 2001-2012年石渠县用鼠疫细菌学方法检验各种标本15 322份,分离鼠疫菌99株。用血清学方法检测各种动物血清2 451份,检出阳性血清172份。结论石渠县鼠间鼠疫一直处于活跃状态。Objective We conducted the analysis on test result of plague in Shiqu County from 2001 to 2012 so as to provide scientific basis for plague control and prevention. Methods Bacteriological test was completed by the reference of plague bacte- riology four steps test; indirect hemagglutination test was employed in the serological test. Results A total of 15322 samples were detected in plague bacteriology test; 99 strains of Yersinia pestis were isolated. A total of 2451 serum samples were detected in the serological test; 172serum samples were detected. Conclusion Rodent plague has been active in Shiqu County.
