《孚化志略》编纂者考辨——兼论其成书时间与版本

摘　　要：《孚化志略》是第一部专门记述新疆乌什地区的地方志,其编纂者并非是钦宪保达或保达,亦并非是保恒,而是咸丰七年乌什办事大臣保恒以及帮办大臣达绶。其成书时间乃咸丰八年。而其传世最早抄本亦并非咸丰七年,而是晚至咸丰八年,甚至更晚。Fuhua Zhilue is regarded as the first book that narrates the local chronicles in Wushi Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Its compilers are not Qinxian Baoda or Baoda, and not Baoheng as well, but is an official high commissioner and an assistant high commissioner of Wushi Prefecture in the seventh year of Emper or Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty. The complete of this book is in the eighth year of Emper or Xianfeng, however, its earliest transcript is not in the seventh year of Emper or Xianfeng, but in the eighth year of Emper or Xianfeng, or even later.
