摘　　要：为了开发出具有高可用性的交互系统,需要准确地分析用户的任务,建立任务模型,并将其应用到系统开发的各个阶段。针对此问题,介绍了任务的相关概念,对典型的任务模型研究进行综述,分别从描述方式、描述能力、语法语义和任务之间的关系等方面进行比较,最后对任务分析和任务建模的发展趋势进行了讨论和展望。In order to develop a higher level of usable and useful interactive system, designers need to analyze user＇ s task , build task model, and then it is applied at all stages of systems development. Aiming at this problem, this paper introduced some con- ceptions of task world, presented an overview of the field of task analysis and modeling, compared typical task modeling methods from description ways, description ability, semantic and syntax, the relationship between tasks. At the end, it discussed the pros- pects for future development and suggestions for possible extensions.
