摘 要:目的探讨午时茶颗粒、小儿感冒颗粒、小儿感冒舒颗粒辨治小儿急性上呼吸道腺病毒感染的成本及疗效,以期在提高临床效果前提下节约医疗资源。方法随机选取2010年11月-2013年1月90例急性上呼吸道腺病毒感染患儿为研究对象,平均分成3组,每组各30例,根据不同的中医辨证分型分别予以午时茶颗粒、小儿感冒颗粒、小儿感冒舒颗粒辅助辨治,比较3组成本及疗效;采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果午时茶颗粒、小儿感冒颗粒、小儿感冒舒颗粒辨治小儿急性上呼吸道腺病毒感染有效率分别为83.3%、86.7%、86.7%,3组临床效果比较,差异无统计学意义;午时茶颗粒、小儿感冒颗粒、小儿感冒舒颗粒3组中成药的成本-效果分别为167.39、146.06、286.65;小儿感冒舒颗粒组与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在降低10%成本情况下,3组的成本-效果敏感度为165.73%、158.28%、310.66%。结论小儿感冒舒颗粒辨治小儿急性上呼吸道腺病毒感染的成本-效果最满意。OBJECTIVE To explore the cost-effect of noon tea granules ,pediatric cold particles ,and pediatric cold Shu particles that are used for treatment of children with refractory acute upper respiratory tract infection caused by adenovirus so as to save the medical resources under the premise of improvement of clinical effect .METHODS A total of 90 children with acute upper respiratory infection caused by adenovirus ,who were treated in hospitals from Nov 2010 to Jan 2013 ,were enrolled in the study and divided into three groups ,with 30 cases in each ;the three groups were respectively treated by using noon tea granules ,pediatric cold particles ,and pediatric cold Shu parti-cles according to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation typing ,and the statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS13 .0 software .RESULTS The effective rate of noon tea granules in treatment of the chil-dren with acute upper respiratory infection caused by adenovirus was 83 .3% ,pediatric cold particles 86 .7% ,ped-iatric cold Shu particles 86 .7% ,as compared with the clinical effect ,there was no significant difference .The cost-effect of noon tea granules was 167 .39 ,pediatric cold particles 146 .06 ,pediatric cold Shu particles 286 .65 ,and there was significant difference between pediatric cold Shu particles and noon tea granules and pediatric cold parti-cles (P&lt;0 .05) .In the case of reduction of costs by 10% ,the cost-effect sensitivities of the three groups were 165 .73% ,158 .28% ,and 310 .66% ,respectively .CONCLUSION The cost-effect of pediatric cold Shu particles is most satisfactory for the treatment of the children with acute upper respiratory tract infection caused by adenovi-rus .
