陪护对新生儿皮肤感染的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨陪护与新生儿皮肤感染的关系,以降低新生儿皮肤感染率。方法选择产科母婴同室的883例新生儿及其陪护人员作为研究对象,随机分为干预组437例与对照组446例,对干预组陪护人员进行手卫生健康教育,并且对两组陪护人员进行手卫生认知与行为的调查,同时比较两组间新生儿皮肤感染率。结果手卫生认知与行为得分对照组分别为(5.14±3.08)分和(9.62±1.64)分,干预组分别为(6.59±2.83)分和(12.21±1.42)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组新生儿的皮肤感染率为2.75%,对照组为4.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对陪护人员手卫生进行健康教育可以提高其手卫生认知与手卫生行为水平,可以有效降低新生儿皮肤感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the accompanying persons′ hand hygiene and the skin infections in neonates so as to reduce the incidence of skin infections in the neonates .METHODS A total of 883 ne-onates and their accompanying persons in the mother-infant room of obstetrics department were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the intervention group with 437 cases and the control group with 446 ca-ses , then the hand hygiene health education was conducted for the accompanying persons of the intervention group ,the awareness of hand hygiene and behaviors of the accompanying persons were investigated ,and the inci-dence of skin infections was compared between the two groups of neonates .RESULTS The score of awareness of hand hygiene was （5 .14 ± 3 .08） points in the control group ,（6 .59 ± 2 .83） points in the intervention group ;the score of hand hygiene behaviors was （9 .62 ± 1 .64） points in the control group ,（12 .21 ± 1 .42）points in the inter-vention group ,and there were significant differences between the two group （P＆lt;0 .01） .The incidence of skin in-fections in the neonates was 2 .75% in the intervention group ,4 .26% in the control group ,and there was signifi-cant difference between the two groups （P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION It is an effective way to conduct the health edu-cation of hand hygiene for accompanying persons so as to raise the levels of hand hygiene awareness and hand hy-giene behaviors and reduce the incidence of skin infections in the neonates .
