人性化管理对提高医院工作人员预防感染意识的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析人性化管理对提高医院各类人员预防感染意识的效果。方法选取2012年6月-2013年6月医院工作人员142名,随机分为试验组及对照组,对照组行常规管理模式,试验组人性化管理模式,并观察两组效果。结果感染控制意识:试验组掌握34人、较好24人、一般10人、较差3人,掌握率47.9%;对照组掌握23人、较好16人、一般25人、较差7人,掌握率32.4%;试验组满意度(9.21±1.03)分,对照组满意度(7.31±2.32)分,试验组满意度评分高于对照组,而且试验组感染控制意识掌握率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院感染控制管理中实施人性化管理效果显著,可有效提高医院工作人员预防感染意识,建议在医院感染管理中推广应用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of humane management for the improvement of infection prevention awareness .METHODS Totally 142 staff in our hospital from Jun .2012 to Jun .2013 were analyzed and divided in-to the treatment group and the control group .The conventional management mode was adopted in the control group ,and the humane management was adopted in the treatment group . Effects in the two groups were observed .RESULTS For infection prevention awareness ,34 persons acquired the awareness ,24 persons had good awareness , 10 persons had normal awareness , and 3 persons had poor awareness in the treatment group , indicating the grasp rate was 47 .9% . Twenty-three persons had good awareness , 16 persons had normal awareness ,and 7 persons had poor awareness in the control group ,indicating the grasp rate was 32 .4% .The degree of satisfaction in the treatment group （9 .21 ± 1 .03 scores） was higher than that in the control group （7 .31 ± 2 .32 scores） ,so did the grasp rate of infection prevention awareness ,differences significant were between the two groups （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The humane management had obvious effect in control of hospital infec-tions which can effectively improve the infection prevention awareness of medical staff .It is suggested to promote humane management in hospital infection control .
