摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心更换灭菌器期间全程质量管理和更新灭菌器对无菌物品供应工作的影响。方法从筹备和实施两个阶段各个环节展开讨论,重视筹备工作,落实质量标准,严格过程管理,完善过程管理中的质量跟进措施,并对比更换灭菌前后灭菌包裹、BD试验、批量监测的合格率。结果新灭菌器启用后的使用率和完好率及科室保障率得到了明显提升,灭菌包裹的合格率由99.29%提高至99.74%,BD试验合格率由91.45%提高至100.00%,批量监测合格率由98.52%提高至100.00%,及时供应率由74.83%提高至97.18%。结论认识到位,措施得当,新灭菌器顺利投入使用,规避医疗风险,提高无菌物品供应质量和效率,确保了医疗质量安全。OBJECTIVE To discuss the whole quality management of central sterile supply department during the re-placement of sterilizers and observe the effect of the replacement of sterilizers on sterile supplies .METHODS The discussion was conducted by starting from the preparation and implementation ,attention was paid to the prepara-tory work ,the quality standards were carried out ,strict process management was implemented ,the quality fol-low-up measures were improved in the process management ,and the qualified rates of sterile packages ,BD test , and batch-monitoring were observed and compared between before and after the replacement of sterilizers . RESULTS After the new sterilizers were installed ,the utilization rate ,the intact rate ,and sterile validity were sig-nificantly improved ;the qualified rate of sterile packages increased from 99 .29% to 99 .74% ,the qualified rate of BD test increased from 91 .45% to 100 .00% ,the qualified rate of batch-monitoring increased from 98 .52% to 100 .00% ,and the rate of timely supply increased from 74 .83% to 97 .18% .CONCLUSION It is an effective way to consider in place ,take appropriate measures ,smoothly put the new sterilizers into use ,and avoid medical risks so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the sterile supplies and ensure the medical safety .
