摘 要:目的:使用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)快速检测技术调查复杂器械的清洗效果,建立器械清洗质量的控制标准,指导临床工作实践。方法选择耐湿耐热的复杂器械共100件,分为A组和B组,A组中50件器械分成5批,每批预浸泡和超声中的多酶分别使用新配制、放置1、2、3、4 h后的5种不同条件下多酶清洗液,B组中50件器械也分成5批,每批预浸泡和超声中的多酶均不更换直至清洗结束,清洗完成后使用ATP检测仪读取每件器械的RLU值。结果 A 组中50件器械,清洗每批器械均更换多酶,1 h内配制的多酶清洗20件器械均合格,合格率100.0%,使用放置1~4 h的多酶进行清洗剩余30件器械,合格26件,清洗合格率在80.0%~90.0%;B组的多酶清洗液一直重复使用,中间不进行更换,清洗的10件器械全部合格,合格率为100.0%,多酶清洗液重复3次以后清洗的20件器械,均不合格。结论使用A T P检测仪以RL U≤200作为复杂器械清洗是否合格标准能反应清洗的效果;多酶清洗液配置好后宜在1h内使用,最好现配现用,做到多酶清洗液一次一换。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cleaning effects of complex instruments by using adenosine triphosphate rapid detection technique and develop the standards of control of cleaning quality of the instruments so as to pro-vide guidance for clinical practice .METHODS A total of 100 moisture and heat-resistance complex instruments were collected and divided into the group A and group B ;50 instruments in the group A were divided into five bat-ches ,each batch was pre-soaked and washed in ultrasonic washer with multi-enzyme ,multi-enzyme solution was used after being prepared and placed for 1 h ,2 h ,3 h and 4 h;totally 50 devices in the experimental group were al-so divided into five batches ,each batch was treated with pre-soaking ,and ultrasonic multi-enzyme was not re-placed until the end of cleaning ,and the RLU value of each evice was read by using the ATP detector at the end of cleaning .RESULTS Among the 50 pieces of devices in the group A ,each batch was washed with the change of multi-enzyme ,all 20 pieces of devices were qualified with the use of multi-enzyme prepared within one hour ,the qualified rate was 100 .0% ;among 30 pieces of devices that were washed with multi-enzyme placed for 1-4 hours , 26 pieces were qualified ,with the qualified rate varying from 80 .0% to 90 .0% .The group B was treated with re-petitive use of multi-enzyme ,and all the 10 pieces of devices were qualified ,with the qualified rate of 100 .0% , however ,all the 20 pieces of devices that were washed with repetitive use of multi-enzyme for more than three times were not qualified .CONCLUSION The cleaning effect of the complex devices can be determined by using ATP detector ,with RLU≤200 as the criteria .It is appropriate to use the multi-enzyme within 1 hour after it is prepared ,the best practice is to prepare when in need ,and the multi-enzyme cleaning solution should be changed after being used for once .
