艾滋病患者合并隐孢子虫腹泻防治效能分析

摘　　要：目的:探究中医药治疗艾滋病患者合并隐孢子虫腹泻的疗效分析。方法:入选我院符合标准的患者76例,按治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各38例。治疗组采用中医药半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组单用阿奇霉素治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效和用药后不良反应情况。结果:两组患者用药后症状均有改善,但治疗组有效率为94.8%,显著高于对照组的68.4%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组用药后的不良反应情况(2.6%)显著低于对照组(26.3%)(P<0.01)。结论:中医药半夏泻心汤治疗艾滋病合并隐孢子虫腹泻,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for AIDS patients with Cryptosporidium diarrhea. Methods：To select 76 patients that up to standard from our hospital , divided into two groups （treatment group and control group ） according to different therapy method,38 patients each group. The treatment group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine pinelliisa decoction for purging stomach-fire for therapy, the control group used the azithromycin alone for therapy, to observe the clinical effects and adverse reaction after giving drugs of the two- group patients. Results：The symptoms have both improred of the two-group patients after using the drugs, but the effective rate of the treatment group is 94.8% , obviously higher than the control group ,68.4%, the result has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group alter using the drug is 2.6% ,obviously lower than the control group,26.3 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine pinellisa decoction for purging stomach-fire is definite in treating AIDS with patients with Cryptospordiun diarrhea, deserving to clinical popularization.
