统一规范管理无菌物品 实现“资源共享、质量保障、成本控制”

摘　　要：目的：重复使用无菌物品由消毒供应中心统一、规范的管理保证资源共享，各项医疗、护理工作开展；是保证无菌物品安全与质量的前提；是降低医院医疗成本，保障消毒供应中心工作有序运行和发展的重要内容。方法：把使用科室直接从医院申请处理、管理各种无菌物品品种、数量的方式作为对照组，把使用科室需求告知消毒供应中心，由消毒供应中心统一配备、供应、规范处理、管理所需无菌物品方式作为实验组。从物品申请、供应、物品质量，管理、成本控制4个方面进行对比。结果：对照组与实验组在物品申请、使用由7～15天缩短到1～2天；物品购买与使用成本由1：1缩小到1：3；物品清洗、包装、灭菌质量由98％提高至100％；物品管理由分散管理到集中管理，实现资源共享。医院、科室满意度明显提高。结论：消毒供应中心统一、规范申请、处理、管理各种无菌物品，改变了过去无菌物品由临床科室管理的粗放分散型的运作模式，统一管理简化、优化、完善了无菌物品采购和运行机制，加强了无菌物品医院内部管理，集中、规范化处理提高了消毒供应中心物品质量和成本的管理水平。Objective： Reusable sterile by the central sterile supply unified ,standardized management is to ensure the sharing of resources,the medical,nursing work carried out;is a prerequisite to ensure the safety and quality sterile;reduce hospital medical costs, security central sterile supply work an important part of the operation and development program. Methods：The use of the application directly from the hospital treatment department, managing a variety of sterile varieties, the number of ways as a control group, the use of central sterile supply department needs to inform, unify with the central sterile supply, supply, standardized process, manage the required sterile items manner as the experimental group. Applica- tion from the article,supply ,goods quality ,management,cost control four aspects were compared. Restlts：The control group and the experimental group items apply, used by seven to fifteen days reduced to one to two days;goods bought with the use of reduced costs from 1：1 to 1：3 ;goods cleaning,packaging, sterilization and quality increased from 98% to 100 % ; objects managed by decentralized to centralized management, sharing of resources. Hospitals, department satisfaction improved sig- nificantly. Conclusion： Central sterile supply uniform, standardized application, processing, management of various sterile changed in the past extensive decentralized mode of operation sterile by a clinical department management,unified manage- ment to simplify, optimize and improve the procurement and operation mechanism sterile strengthen the sterile hospital inter- nal management,centralized, standardized treatment increased central sterile supply goods quality and cost management.
