摘  要:目的:评价磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)对椎间盘纤维环显示能力,为纤维环退变的量化评估提供依据。材料与方法:对25例健康志愿者L1/2~L5/S1椎间盘进行DTI扫描,图像在后处理工作站获得各向异性(FA)彩图和纤维环示踪图,观察纤维环形态,测量每个腰椎间盘纤维环后中部FA值,分析其特点。结果:纤维环示踪图显示正常纤维环呈连续完整的环形结构,纤维束呈交错排列,腰椎间盘纤维环后中部的平均FA值为:0.580±0.113。结论:DTI可以无创显示纤维环的形态,评价其完整性,对纤维环病变诊断提供影像依据,纤维环FA值有助于理解椎间盘退变的发生机制。Purpose: To evaluate the manifested ability of normal annulus fibrosus with diffusion tensor imaging and to provide the basis for the quantitative assessment of annulus fibrosus degeneration. Materials and Methods: Diffusion tensor imaging was performed in 25 normal volunteers' L1 ~ S1 intervertebral disks. The images were sent to the work station to obtain fiber tracking picture and FA picture. Observed the morphous of normal annulus fibrosus,then measured it's FA value in the posterior median. Results: The normal annulus fibrosus presented a continuous and integrity circulus in fiber tracking picture,fiber bundles are in staggered arrangement. FA value in the posterior median of annulus fibrosus was 0. 580 ± 0. 113.Conclusion: DTI can noninvaslvely display the anulus fibrosus' s morphous and integrity. It can provide the imaging evidence of annulus fibrosus degeneration,which is helpful to comprehend the pathogenesy.
