摘  要:目的:探讨成年女性超声骨密度随年龄变化的规律及与身高、体重、体重指数的关系.材料与方法:选择16 ~ 80岁深圳居住的正常1005例女性为检测对象,以每5岁为1组分组,共分为13组,用定量超声骨密度仪(QUS)测定受检者足跟部骨密度(BMD)值,同时测量受检者体重、身高、体重指数.结果:16~ 80岁健康女性BMD值随年龄增长变化逐渐减低,骨峰值年龄出现第2组(即21~25岁)组和第3组(即26 ~ 30岁)组,第2、3组分别与1、6、8~13组比较有统计学意义,9~13组也和大多数组比较有统计学意义.年龄与BMD呈负相关(r=-0.347),身高与BMD呈正相关(r=0.165),体重、体重指数和BMD变化无相关性(分别r=-0.043,P>0.05;r=-0.021,P>0.05).结论:超声骨密度随年龄变化而变化,身高是影响骨密度变化的一个重要因素.Purpose: To find out the relationship between BMD changes and age increase, height, weight and Body Mass Index. Materials and Methods: BMD for calcaneus in 1005 16 - 80 years old healthy adult female who live in Shenzhen was measured with QUS made in USA, they were divided into groups according to age, at the same time their height and weight and body mass index(BMI) were measured. Results: The BMD show a decreasing tendency with increasing age. And the peak value of BMD presented in the 2 and 3 group. There are significant difference between the 2 and 3 group/1, 6, 8 -13 group, between the 9- 13 group/mostly groups. Pearson correlation analysis shows a negative correlation between the BMD and age, a positive correlation between the BMD and height, no obvious correlation between the BMD/weight and BMI. Conclusion: The value of BMD changes with age. The height may be an important factor to affect the BMD.
