摘　　要：对于无法上制动检验台检验的车辆及经台架检验后对其制动性能有质疑的车辆，用非接触式速度计检验制动距离，或者用便携式制动性能测试仪检验充分发出的平均减速度和制动协调时间来判定制动性能。本文对这两种检验方法、步骤做了详细介绍，并对仪器使用注意事项作出规定。There are two methods to those vehicles that cannot be tested on the brake tester or whose braking performance is questioned after test. The first is taking non-contact automotive speedometer inspection to test braking distance. The other method is using portable braking performance tester for vehicles to test mean fully developed braking deceleration （MFDD） and braking coordination time to judge the braking performance. This paper introduces the two kinds of test methods and their steps in details and stipulates matters needing attention while using the instrument.
