摘  要:城市旧区改造建设已经在许多城市中广泛开展起来,为了保留城市旧区改造基地的三维原始状态资料,同时辅助决策层制定动拆迁的方针,研究了以航空立体像对为数据源进行动拆迁基地三维建模的方法。利用已知航空影像对的内外方位元素,采用徕卡摄影测量软件包制作动拆迁区域的数字正射影像,在此基础上采用ERDAS软件的Stereo Analyst模块建立数字表面模型,同时进行纹理制作与映射,最后利用3D Matrix软件实现三维可视化分析。结果表明,该方法建模速度快、精度高,可快速、准确地实现动拆迁基地的三维可视化。The reconstruction of urban old districts has been implemented in many cities. In order to retain the three dimensional original status of the old district and develop the housebreaking policy for decision makers, the authors studied the method of three-dimensional modeling for demolition and relocation base with the aerial stereo pair image as the data source. With the known intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of the aerial stereo pair image, the DOM of the corresponding district was made by the LPS software. On the basis of the DOM, the DSM of the district was established by the Stereo Analyst model of ERDAS software. Meanwhile, texture extraction and mapping was done. At last, three dimensional visualization and analysis were made with the 3D Matrix software. The experimental results show that the proposed modeling method has a high speed and accuracy, and can quickly and accurately achieve the three-dimensional visualization of demolition and relocation base.
