摘 要:目的:人体颅骨中的下颌角与颏下点在法医学鉴定、牙科手术、整形美容等领域具有重要作用,如何在锥形束(cone bean,CB)CT下颌骨图像上进行下颌角点与颏下点的定位对法医学鉴定和术前准备非常关键。方法:首先对265幅CBCT下颌骨图像进行形态学处理并提取下颌骨外轮廓线,然后采用5次方程进行曲线拟合以寻找曲率最大点的方法提取左右下颌角点与颏下点,最后通过距离相关性检验,对定位结果进行客观评价。结果:实验数据显示,右下颌角点到颏下点的距离与左下颌角点到颏下点的距离具有良好相关性,距离相关性检验系数为r=0.955。结论:采用曲线拟合寻找曲率最大点的方法可以准确自动地定位CBCT下颌骨图像的左右下颌角点。Objective:The gonion and gnathion of human skull play an important role in forensic identification, dental surgery, cosmetic surgery and other fields. It is critical to locate them in cone bean(CB) CT mandible image for forensic identification and preoperative preparation. Methods:In this paper, an effective method was proposed to position gonion of mandible accurately and automatically. Firstly, 265 CBCT mandible images were processed to extract the outer contour of lower jawbone by mathematics morphology method. Then quintic polynomial equations were carried out to gain fitted curves of mandible contours which were used to find the maximum curvature points. Lastly,distance correlation coefficient was computed to evaluate the accuracy of location Of gpnipn objectively. Results:Data showed that the distance between right and left gonion point to gnathion point had good correlation and the distance correlation coefficient was r=0.955. Conclusion:Finding the maximum curvature point with curve-fitting is an effect way to position the gonion in the CBCT mandible image.
