摘  要:用垂直振动成型方法(VVCM)压实ATB-30沥青混合料来模拟现场压实工况,验证了此法的可靠性,同时对比研究了VVCM和马歇尔法对ATB-30沥青混合料物理和力学特性的影响.结果表明:VVCM试件力学强度与现场芯样的相关性高达94.2%,马歇尔试件的相关性不足70.0%;VVCM试件密度较马歇尔试件密度提高约2%,压实度提高1%,力学性能至少提高8.2%.证明VVCM比马歇尔法更适合评价ATB-30沥青混合料力学性能.A vertical vibration compaction method(VVCM) was proposed to simulate the practical compaction loading condition for ATB-30 physical and mechanical properties evaluation. The mechanical properties of ATB-30 by Marshall compaction(MC) method and VVCM are compared. It is obtained that the strength of the specimen by VVCM can reach 94.2 % of that of the ATB-30 collected from a road construction site, while the strength of the specimen by MC method is lower than 70% of that of ATB-30 collected from a road construction site. The density of VVCM specimen is about 2 % larger than that of Marshall specimen. Moreover, 1% compaction increase of ATB-30 results in at least 8.2% mechanical behavior increase. The results show that VVCM is a more reliable method for the ATB-30 mechanical properties evaluation.
