摘 要:以自燃煤矸石细集料-水泥浆体和非自燃煤矸石细集料-水泥浆体为研究对象,采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究自燃和非自燃煤矸石细集料对水泥浆体水化产物的物相组成、微观形貌的影响,分析煤矸石细集料活性对水泥浆体微观结构和强度发展的作用机理.结果表明:自燃煤矸石细集料早龄期发生明显的活性反应,在水泥浆体中形成水钙沸石、水石榴石、钙铁榴石等新物相,对水泥浆体早期抗压强度有一定提高作用;非自燃煤矸石细集料对水泥浆体水化进程和微观结构没有产生影响.2种煤矸石细集料均存在一个最优掺量.当煤矸石掺量(质量分数)为20%时,自燃煤矸石细集料-水泥浆体和非自燃煤矸石细集料-水泥浆体抗压强度均最高.Spontaneous combustion coal gangue(SC) and non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue(NSC) were selected as fine aggregate for cement mortars. The influences of SC and NSC on the phase composition, microstructure of hydration products of cement mortars were observed by SEM and XRD, and the action mechanisms of activity of coal gangue on the microstructure and strength of cement mortar were investigated. Results indicate that the pozzolanic reaction in SC occurs obviously at early age, the new hydration products grossularite, gismondine and andradite will be generated, the early compressive strength of cement mortar is promoted; NSC does not have the influences on the hydration process and microstructure of cement mortar. As fine aggregate, both of the two kinds of coal gangue exist optimal mixture contents. With 20 % content(by mass), the compressive strengths of SC-cement mortar and NSC-cement mortar are the highest.
