摘  要:利用ISSR分子标记技术对32株不同的尖孢镰孢菌进行遗传多样性分析,从遗传多样性角度探讨尖孢镰孢菌专化型。结果表明:11条引物共扩增出109条带,其中多态性条带99条,占总条带数的90.82%,扩增的条带大小为120~2 000bp。供试的32株尖孢镰孢菌的遗传相似系数在0.64~0.91,在相似系数0.705的条件下菌株被分为5个类群。同一类群中,相同寄主菌株之间的遗传相似性与菌株的地理来源无明显的相关性。Genetic variation among 32 Fusarium oxysporumisolates was analysed by using inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)polymorphism,forma specialis of Fusarium oxysporum Schl.were researched from the perspective of genetic diversity.The results showed that a total of 109 bands were amplified with 11 ISSR primers,99 bands were polymorphic,the rate was 90.82%.The amplified fragment sizes ranged from 120 to 2 000 bp.The genetic similarity among 32 F.oxysporumisolates ranged from 0.64 to 0.91 and all the strains could be divided into 5groups at the level of 0.705.In the same group,there was no distinct relation between the genetic similarity and geographic origin of the strains isolated from the same hosts.
