摘  要:论述了激光-电弧复合热源焊接技术的热源特性和焊接特性,高速高焊接过程稳定性是其主要优势之一。针对工程应用关键问题进行了分析,研究表明,激光-熔化极电弧复合热源焊接技术具有单面焊双面成形能力强、焊接适应性强、焊接变形小、热损伤小、接头力学性能高、焊接效率高等优点,是提升高性能金属材料焊接质量的有效方法。The heat source characteristics and the welding peiformance of the laser- gas metal arc(GMA) hybrid welding were introduced,and the high speed welding process stability is one of its main advantages.Key problems in the engineering application were also analyzed.The research shows that the laser- GMA hybrid welding technology has many advantages,for example,one- side welding with back formation,strong adaptability to welding,small welding deformation,small thermal damage,high mechanical properties of the welded joints and higher welding efficiency.It is an effective approach to improve the welding quality of high- performance metal materials.
