摘 要:研究以PtRh6合金为原料,采用先进的电火花等离子体粉末制备工艺,在纯净水介质中制备铂铑合金粉末。采用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)对所制备的铂铑合金粉末的微观形貌、成分及粒度进行了分析。结果表明,采用电火花放电法制备的铂铑合金粉末形态总体呈圆球状,粒度细小均匀,基本无杂质,粒径在10~60μm内的粉末为98.39%。PtRh6 alloy powders were prepared by advanced spark discharge preparation in pure aqueous medium. The morphological characterization and analytical investigations of the powders were performed by EDS to explore the powder morphology, composition and particle size. The results show that the morphology of PtRh6 alloy powder which is prepared by spark discharge is overall spherical shape, small and uniform. The powder whose particle size in 10-60 μm is approximately 98.39% and hardly with impurities.
