摘 要:采用喷射成形工艺制备了8009耐热铝合金,应用差示扫描量热仪对沉积态合金从室温到500℃之间的相转变进行测定。利用透射电镜和X射线衍射仪,对沉积态合金的组织及合金中出现的相进行观察。结果表明:沉积态合金在升温过程中无吸热峰出现,合金从室温加热到500℃过程中未发生明显相变。沉积态合金的相组成主要为α-Al和α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si相。合金中除了在基体上弥散分布着细小的α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si相外,还存在少量呈团状、扇形、针状、块状和条状等形状的第二相,这些相分别为Al12Fe3Si、Al8Fe2Si、θ-Al13Fe4、Al9FeSi3和Al6Fe。Heat-resistant 8009 aluminum alloys were prepared by spray forming technique. The phase transition of deposied alloys from room temperature to 500 ℃ was measured by differential scanning calorimeter. The microstructure and the second phases of the alloys were studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The research results show that No endothermic peak appears in the deposited alloys during heating process, there is no phase transition occuring in the alloy during the heating process from room temperature to 500 ℃. The deposited alloys mainly include α-Al and α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si phase. Under the transmission electron microscopy, there are also small amounts of slug, fan-shaped, needle-like,block and strip second phases. The phases are Al12Fe3 Si, Al8Fe2 Si, θ-Al13Fe4, Al9FeSi3 and Al6Fe.
