摘  要:根据船用曲轴的使用要求及加工工艺要求,提出了船用曲轴对原材料钢锻件冶金质量的要求,指出了生产船用曲轴锻件42CrMoA的主要技术难点和控制要点。太钢通过采用合理的冶炼、热加工工艺,研制了船用曲轴钢锻件42CrMoA,并通过了中、韩、挪威、英、美、法、德等多国船级社认证,产品完全满足用户的技术要求。The requirements on metallurgical quality to the steel billets are introduced according to the requirements on manufacturing technology and application for forged steel marine crankshaft. The critical technical difficulties and processing control points of 42CrMoA steel billets was analyzed. The 42CrMoA crank billets, which is produced successfully through reasonable refining and hot working technology by shanxi taigang stainless steel Co., Ltd., have passed through certification by CCS, KR, DNV, LR, ABS, BV, GL and etc. The products have met all the technical requirements of the end user.
