摘 要:随着老年人口越来越多,我国正快速进入老龄化社会,养老成为社会、政府、家庭都极其关心的社会问题。老年人适宜的居所是养老中极其重要的环节,养老地产在中国发展较晚,目前在国家政策的支持下,众多企业进入养老地产行业,方兴未艾,但存在的问题也较多。养老地产在美国、西欧及日本发展得极为成熟,已经形成体系化的发展,中国可借鉴其先进的理念和经验。As the elder population gets larger, China is getting into an aging society rapidly and pension is becoming a social problem that is a concern to both government and family. A suitable accommodation for the elder is a very important part of the pension.With the support of policies, many companies are being devoted to the real estate for the senior. However, due to lack of experience, the development of real estate for the senior in China has a lot of problems. The real estate for the senior in the United States, Western Europe and Japan have a very mature system, from which we can learn a lot of.
