摘 要:利用ANSYS有限元软件分别建立了优化前后节点的三维实体模型,合理定义了钢材的本构关系,分别对优化前后的节点进行了非线性有限元静力分析,得到了节点的有效应力云图及荷载位移曲线,并利用变形极限概念,对比研究了优化前后节点的承载力。结论证明优化后的节点受力更加合理,承载力得到了明显提高,同时验证了利用钢材的塑性性能对钢节点进行设计的合理性,推广了有限元软件在节点设计中的应用。In this paper, two 319 solid models of joints of before and after optimizing were made by ANSYS, and the constitutive relation of steel was defined, then the stress contour and load-displacement curves of joints of before and after optimizing were contained by analyzing the nonlinear finite element static analysis. The bearing capacity of joints was studied by using concept of deformation limit. The results showed that the bearing capacity of optimal joints were raised and better than before, and the rationality of using plastic properties of steel to design was verified in the same time, and the application of finite element software was promoted.
