摘 要:随着时代的发展和科技的进步,全钢结构广播电视发射塔逐渐取代混凝土结构电视塔。全钢结构发射塔都具有重、大、特、新等特点,构件现场立体安装,操作面小,安全风险大。钢结构吊装工作在安装过程中所占比重巨大。如何针对工程特点,选择先进、可靠、经济的吊装方案及吊装塔机,并依据工程实际情况进行优化,避免钢结构安装事故发生,以及提高钢结构施工水平,并通过"优化"工作的开展,带动施工项目技术管理的全面提升,实现集约增效、节能减排,正是本文所要进行的探索和分析。With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, all steel structure broadcast and television tower has gradually displaced the tower of concrete structure. The former has a lot of features ,such as heavy, large, particular ,new, etc. Moreover, components field stereo installation, less operation interface and more security risk than latter. Steel structure hoisting work is a big part of the installation process. In this paper, some questions were mainly explored and analyzed as follow: How to aim at the engineering characteristics to choose the advanced, reliable ,economical hoisting plan and tower, and be optimized by actual situation, and to avoid the accident of the steel structure installation and improve the level of construction. In addition, through the work of"optimization", drive the technical management of the project, thereby to achieve the goal of increasing efficiency and energy conservation.
