摘  要:上世纪60年代,国际上发达国家开始兴建玻璃钢内筒烟囱,现已逐步成熟。2007年,山东某电厂扩建2×300MW机组时,新建一座烟囱,内筒(排烟囱)选择直径6.6m的玻璃钢材质,高180m,分段悬挂在多层钢平台上。投产前不幸发生火灾,玻璃钢内筒全部烧毁,损失严重,教训深刻。为避免悲剧重演,本文阐述了该起事故发生的原因,并提出了相应对策,为这类问题的解决提供参考。In the 1960s, developed countries had started to construct inner FRP tube chimney, and now this technology is very mature. In 2007, when 2× 300MW power plant of one power station of Shandong province was extended, 1×Φ6.6m/180m telescopic chimney was elected, FRP inner cylinder first in China. The inner cylinder hanged on the multi-storey steel platforms. Unfortunately, the inner cylinder burned completely before production, this event caused heavy loss. In order to avoid the same mistake happen again, its cause and countermeasures were given to solve the problem completely.
