摘  要:以低熔点盐为原料,通过熔盐法及煅烧合成纳米富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2。煅烧温度对产物的结构、形貌和电化学性能有直接影响。在800℃烧结10 h可得到粒径均一、层状结构良好、具有良好循环性能和较高倍率性能的纳米富锂材料。在2.0-4.8 V以1.0 C(200 mA/g)倍率充放电,首次放电比容量为185 mAh/g,循环50次的容量保持率为94%。Li-rich cathode material Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2 was prepared by molten salt method and sintering,low melting point salt was used as raw material. Sintering temperature directly affected the structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the product. Nano Li-rich material with uniform particle size, fine layered structure, fine cycle performance and high rate performance was obtained when sintered at 800 ℃ for 10 h. Its initial specific discharge capacity was 185 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate was 94% in the 50th cycle when charged-discharged in 2.0 -4. 8 V with 1.0 C rate(200 mA/g).
