摘　　要：邓小平在领导中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的过程中高度重视科技创新,发表了系列关于科技创新的观点、见解和论断。邓小平科技创新思想蕴涵丰富,涉及科学技术作用、科技发展方针、科技创新人才、科技创新战略、科技创新领导等方面。邓小平科技创新思想对于我国当下建设创新型国家和实现"中国梦"具有重要的启示意义。Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to scientific and technical innovation in the leadership of Chi- nese socialist modernization construction and reform and opening-up. He delivered a series of views, opinions and statements associated with scientific and technical innovation. Deng Xiaoping＇s ideology of scientific and technological innovation has rich connotation, including the role of science and technology, the policy of development in science and technology, the innovation talents of science and technology, the strategy and the leadership of scientific and technological innovation, and so on. Deng Xiaoping＇s ideology of scientific and technological innovation has an im- portant guiding significance for the construction of innovation-oriented country and the realization of ＂Chinese Dream＂.
